Master all Loon Mountain’s services, promotions and hours of operations in order to provide consistent information to all internal and external guests. As a customer focused organization, a crucial part of each employee’s job is to provide quality customer service, act with accountability, and retain our guest. Responsible for consistent quality guest service throughout all transactions promoting seamless delivery of products from purchase through fulfillment.
Handle phones to provide information on services, activities, and products at resort and in resort area. Make sales as well as take reservations for all products at the resort (minus lodging), as well as solve problems for guests (internal and external), and respond to all voicemail messages.
Answer general e-mail inquiries as well as our live chat from guest.
Help assist guest with their family vacation planning here at Loon and send out confirmations to guest; manage guest accounts in our POS system
As needed generally helping the Ticket Departemnt with various activities (i.e. mailings, guest services and special events).
Must keep abreast of resort's departmental activities (i.e. rates, events, promotions, races).
Meet service level objectives and department goals as set forth by immediate supervisor.
Contribute to team effort by participating in job sharing, assuming responsibility for the cleanliness of the resort and safety of guest and employees maintain a positive and friendly attitude and demeanor in all internal and external interactions .
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
