Overview

Sugarloaf Cashroom Clerk is responsible for verifying cash deposits, reconciling sales reports, balancing cash sheets, preparing various daily reports and logs, maintaining accurate inventories, data entry and supplying salespoints with change. We are looking for people with  good math skills, an understanding of bookkeeping/accounting principles and methods, a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and a High School graduate with two years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:           

  • Verify cash deposits from various points of sale
  • Reconcile sales reports from various points of sale
  • Balance cash sheets
  • Prepare bank deposits
  • Data entry
  • Supply sales points with cash and change
  • Prepare various daily reports and deposit log
  • Maintain accurate inventories of supplies and vault
  • Assist with special projects
  • Provide superior service to our guests(internal and external)
  • Obtain a working knowledge of the ticketing system
  • Research to identify and resolve sales issues
  • Complete accurate paperwork according to company policies and procedure
