To supervise the daily operations of Loon Mountain Ski Shops/Retail Shops with a focus on excellent customer service and safety.
Supervise the daily retail operation of the ski and snowboard retail shops at Loon Mountain.
Assist manager in all retail operations and merchandising.
Responsible for leading staff, acting as a back up for NAV(time keeping), promoting departmental safety, motivating staff and providing excellent guest service.
Use and train associates on RTP products, assist with ticket sales, group visits, discounts, sale items and inventory.
Must be able to meet/exceed departmental sales goals and meet service level objectives.
Maintain accurate records and accounting for cash outs and meet sales, margin and service lev el functions.
Must be able to work a flexible work schedule that includes weekends and holidays.
Assist with on-line sales and special orders.
Monitor quality assurance, layout, displays and assist Inventory Controller on replenishing product.
Work with managers to establish or enhance their retail areas in their operation. Perform the lead role in all merchandising.
Train staff on cash handling and regular monitoring of the process, payroll, guest service, RTP, cash outs, demo rentals, retail information.
