The Day Group Service Representative is the link between the Sales Department and Day Group Lift Tickets, Rentals and other needs of the group that day. The Day Group Service Rep is there to ensure proper execution of distribution of lift tickets, rentals and other ski related requests and questions. Day Group Services Representative coordinates with the sales team and the sales service manager to ensure quality service.
Coordinates all service aspects related to Day Groups and related events booked through the sales office. Responsible for proactively supporting the sales efforts.
Work schedule includes early morning/late afternoon, evening shifts, weekend shifts and some holidays
Work with short lead times while maintaining efficient and effective inter-department communications and deadlines
Detail oriented documentation of groups with established Point of Sale and Customer Management/software programs.
Minimum of High School Degree
Resort or customer service experience preferred and shown proficiency with computer programs required.
Written and verbal skills are important as phone, face to face and emails are part of all contact interactions.
