Overview

The Tubing Ticket Seller has an excellent sense of humor, can handle difficult situations with a calm caring manner and knows what it takes to go “above and beyond” for our guests. This position provides top-level customer service with guests face to face. Takes initiative to get any and all jobs completed accurately and proficiently and is someone who doesn’t understand the term “not my job.”

  • Receive payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits. See more occupations related to this task.
  • Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers. See more occupations related to this task.

  • Establish or identify prices of goods, services or admission, and tabulate bills using calculators, cash registers, or optical price scanners. See more occupations related to this task.

  • Answer customers' questions, and provide information on procedures or policies.
  • Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas and complete other general cleaning duties, such as mopping floors and emptying trash cans. See more occupations related to this task.
  • Stock shelves, and mark prices on shelves and items. See more occupations related to this task.
  • Request information or assistance using paging systems. See more occupations related to this task.
  • Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change. See more occupations related to this task.
  • Calculate total payments received during a time period, and reconcile this with total sales. See more occupations related to this task.
  • Monitor checkout stations to ensure that they have adequate cash available and that they are staffed appropriately.

Qualifications

Must have excellent communication and customer service skills. Position requires Candidate to be over the age of 18.

 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

 

High School Diploma or GED. Customer service experience, both in person and on the phone preferred. Basic computer experience required. Must be able to multitask in a fast paced and sometimes stressful environment. Fluent in any language other than English a plus.
