Responsible for soliciting and servicing business for the resort in accordance with the marketing plan and assigned market segments with a concentration on Leisure Groups. Generates a high profile and quality perception in the market place. Responsible for generating group guest room and other revenues as described by the Director of Sales. Also responsible for maximizing profitability and ensuring overall guest satisfaction.
Responsible for providing a high level of customer service through interaction with sales organizers and participants in the assigned leisure markets. Also responsible for maintaining and improving system efficiencies and communication methods between sales office; telesales office; front desk and conference/group service team.
Minimum of High School Degree or related work experience in a similar capacity.
