    Supervisor: Outlet and Floor Management Team

    Shifts Available: Varied. We work early, mid-day and evening shifts, weekends and holidays.

    Wage Information: $12.00 plus gratuities or dependent on experience

     

    The host(ess) position is the first experience for our guests dining experience and sets the stage for the outlets reputation. We Make Great First Impressions and the host is an integral part of this. The basic job functions include greeting every guest with a smile, managing the dining room flow with excellent communication skills, keeping the host stand and surrounding area in impeccable order, learning and growing an elevated knowledge of Big Sky Resort and our community to share with our guests.

    Responsibilities

    Qualifications

    • 2 years minimum of Food & Beverage experience
    • Has a passion for the hospitality industry; excited to ‘Learn More’Outgoing and friendly personality
    • High-level understanding of dining room floor operations
    • Cool under pressure
    • Able to deal with ALL guests in a friendly and positive way
