  • Overview

    The Guest Services Lead is a full-time seasonal position at Boyne Highlands Resort. This leadership position will assist in supervising the hotel bell staff and shuttles. We are looking for an energetic individual who enjoys working with others, is passionate about guest service and values safety. The individual will be required to work all shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.


    • Book off property golf shuttles to our other resorts.
    • Obtain chauffer’s license to assist with on property shuttles.
    • Enforce company policy.
    • Provide breaks to team members while making scheduling adjustments based on guest volume.
    • Assist in training bell staff/shuttle drivers.
    • Ensure our hotel lobbies are in grand condition.
    • Assist with scheduling, creating standard operating procedures and employee performance.
    • Room deliveries.
    • Coordinate with security to ensure pool rules are being followed.
    • Develop and promote department goals.
    • Work closely with departments such as front desk, security, events and outside maintenance.
    • Must multitask, work in all weather conditions and strive in a constantly changing environment.


    • Lift/carry at least 35 pounds.
    • Work in inclement weather.
    • Must be team player.
    • Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
    • Previous leadership experience preferred.
    • Able to solve problems with emphasis on positive outcome.
    • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
