Responsible for learning Loon Mountain’s services, promotions, and operation in order to provide consistent information to all guests.
Make sales and take reservations at the resort, as well as solve problems for guests. Help assist guest with their family vacation planning here at Loon and in the Lincoln-Woodstock base area. Generally helping the Ticket Departement with various projects.
Contribute to team effort by, assuming responsibility for the cleanliness of the resort and safety of guests and employees; accepting diverse assignments; maintain a positive, friendly attitude/demeanor in all interactions.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
