The Public Area Service Attendant is to exceed Guest and Owner expectations by providing efficient and courteous Guest service in accordance with the standards of The Inn at Bay Harbor. The Public Area Service Attendant is a key contact with Guests, affecting their overall impression of The Inn. The PSA must be an ambassador of The Inn at Bay Harbor, able to represent and promote features and facilities available to the guests.
The Public Area Service Attendant should stimulate a friendly, cheerful attitude with emphasis on “At Your Service” in his/her conduct with managers, guests, and fellow employees. He/she serves as a role model to the team. The PSA sets the highest possible example in conduct, temperament, attendance, punctuality, and standards of work.
