    As a Bookkeeping Clerk you are responsible for various duties which may include:  answering phones, posting various transactions or payments, reconciling outlet deposits and counting money.

    Responsibilities

    The Bookkeepings Clerk's typical job functions include:

    • Counting cash, balancing banks, and making deposits
    • Answering phones and assisting guests with questions or concerns
    • Posting cash receipts, transfers and deposits and other various transactions
    • Carrying out responsibilities in accordance with the company/department policies and applicable laws

    Qualifications

    This position may be for you if:

    • You are at least 18 years old
    • You have achieved a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
    • You are available days, evenings, weekends and holidays
    • You possess basic mathematical skills, cash counting skills and computing skills required
    • You have working knowledge of Springer Miller, Excel and RTP systems preferred or will train the right applicant
    • You must be able to multi-task, be a team player, honest and trustworthy
    • You are self-motivated and can work independently at times
    • You have strong oral and written communications required
    • You are flexibility with shifts and scheduling preferred
