  • Overview

    As a Vacation Home Attendant you are responsible for meeting the owners' expectations, maintaining the vacation homes and meeting or exceeding the Boyne Star Standard.


    The Vacation Home Attendant's typical job functions include:


    • Reviewing daily task list to prioritize tasks and determine which rooms need inspection
    • Utilizing Springer Miller software to determine which units are accessible
    • Inspecting rooms; assisting in reporting minor repairs and updates as needed
    • Photographing and creating a photo log of the units and recording all inventory
    • Assisting with departure inspections and owner arrival inspections


    This position may be for you if:


    • You are at least 18 years old
    • You are available to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays
    • You possess a valid driver's license
    • You have six months to one year related experience
    • You have knowledge of Microsoft Office and strong computer skills
    • You are organized and have a great attention to detail
