    Supervisor: Bar Manager, Outlet and Floor Management Team

    Shifts Available: Varied. We work early, mid-day and evening shifts, weekends and holidays.


    The Bartender position is its own unique service experience opportunity.  The position has potential to be 3 positions wrapped up into one awesome role.  Bartenders at Big Sky often display elevated mixology skills and beverage knowledge, along with the hospitality and efficiency of hosts and servers.  The basic job functions include greeting every guest with a smile, engaging with guests at a high level using professional communication skills, keeping the bar, bar back and surrounding area in impeccable order, learning and growing an elevated knowledge of Big Sky Resort and our community to share with our guests, and a high level of responsibility when dealing with product, cash and care for our guests.

    • Previous bartending experience required, ideally relevant to the F&B outlet of your choice
    • Passion for the hospitality industry, with an emphasis on the beverage culture
    • Possess basic cocktail mixology technique and basic understanding of beer and wine styles
    • Friendly and outgoing personality
    • Willingness to be part of a resort beverage team and a burning passion to learn more
    • Able to deal with ALL guests and team members  in a friendly and positive way
