Supervisor: Outlet Kitchen Manager and Global Chef Team
Shifts Available: Varied. We work early, mid-day and evening shifts, weekends and holidays.
Wage Information: $17.00 hourly or dependent on experience
The Kitchen Manager position is an important leadership role on our culinary teams. Kitchen Managers are the orchestrator of the culinary experience for both our guests and team members. Our expectation is that you care for both with equal attention. The basic job functions include a hyper focus on food quality and presentation to enhance the culinary experience, working in any and ALL roles within the culinary operation during our busiest times, facilitate daily line-ups with service teams using excellent communication skills, participate weekly in outlet management meetings, lead weekly culinary training opportunities with resort provided tools and confidently provide growth-oriented Everyday Feedback to team members regularly.
