    Supervisor: Cat Heavener
    Shifts Available: Varied. Must be willing to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
    Wage Information: $11.00/hr or dependent on experience


    At Your Service (AYS) Representatives are based in the I-Ranch, located in the Mountain Mall at Big Sky Resort. AYS representatives are the call center for information and communication throughout Big Sky Resort tasked with  communicating efficiently with other departments, as well as, other team members through phone, email, and radio. This position takes pride in being the team that others go to when they have questions that need to be answered or tasks that need to be completed. Often busy with phone calls, lost and found, and business center needs, you must work well under pressure and be flexible when needed to be successful in this versatile department.

    Adaptability is key and you must be able to work well on a team as well as individually. Training will take place with the Front Desk team and you will gain knowledge on multiple areas of the Resort. 


    • Provide accurate information regarding the mountain, activities, dining options, hours of operations, lodging, transportation, office equipment, and driving directions.
    • Have a good working knowledge of our property management system and job duties of other departments
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills are required
    • Excellent organizational skills to manage lost and found. Must be able to track and organize lost items to ensure quick returns to employees and guests
    • Must be tech savvy to operate computers, copier, fax machine, phone, radio, and gaming consoles
    • Must have a willingness to help others
    • Utilize resources that the I-Ranch offers to resolve guest questions or issues in a timely manner
    • Be able to handle money and accurately balance the bank at the beginning and end of each shift
    • Work 8 hours shifts sitting or standing for long period of time
    • Greet guests in a warm, welcoming, and professional manner
    • Work with integrity, discretion and attention to detail to protect private information
    • Conduct phone conversations in a friendly and professional manner
    • Contribute to creating and maintaining a culture of positivity, productivity, and professionalism
    • Take action to quickly and creatively solve guest problems within appropriate scope
    • Communicate professionally in detail with MOD when needed in a timely manner
    • Abide by and uphold Big Sky Resort and Boyne, USA policies and procedures


    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • Hospitality experience preferred
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Work well under pressure
    • Positive attitude and attention to detail
