The Guest Services Specialist we are looking for has an excellent sense of humor, can handle difficult situations with a calm caring manner and knows what it takes to go “above and beyond” for our guests. Provide top-level customer service with guests face to face and over the phone. Responsible for accurate data entry, phone etiquette, and overall customer service. At times may be asked to job share with the Ticketing Department. Some offsite work may be involved. Takes initiative to get any and all jobs completed accurately and proficiently and is someone who doesn’t understand the term “not my job.”

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required. Customer service experience, both in person and on the phone preferred. Fluent in any language other than English a plus. Must be 18 years of age or older.
