  • Overview

    As a Maintenance Technician you are responsible for completing daily work orders and service calls, and maintains accurate log of routine and preventative maintenance performed on Boyne Mountain Resort infrastructures.


    The Maintenance Technician's typical job functions include:

    • Performing pool care and maintenance
    • Performing boiler room water chemical testing
    • Performing water softener care and maintenance
    • Performing air conditioning and heat change over
    • Performing guest room care and maintenance
    • Performing food service equipment repair and maintenance
    • Performing preventative maintenance on plant equipment
    • Performing snow removal
    • Performing infrastructure maintenance
    • Performing water system inspection and maintenance
    • Maintaining accurate time and material repair billing records
    • Utilizing a motor vehicle to pick up supplies, parts and other materials as necessary


    This position might be for you if:

    • You are at least 18 years old
    • You are available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
    • You possess a working knowledge of general maintenance, plumbing, carpentry and electrical

    • You have a  knowledge of inventory software and order processing systems is helpful

    • You are responsible for your own basic hand tools; Boyne Mountain will supply any specialty tools and equipment

    • Achieved a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
    • You possess a valid driver’s license
