  • Overview

    The SnowSports Supervisor is responsible for the guest arrival to post lesson experience, operational training, instructor inventory, work distribution, and administration as it relates to record keeping for payroll, scheduling, inventory, redemption of products and services, employee evaluations, feedback and to instill a culture of safety.


    The SnowSports Supervisor's typical job functions include:

    • Working with desk staff to assign lessons
    • Assigning guest to proper instructor
    • Communicating effectively to develop rapport with existing staff and enhance employee retention
    • Supporting uniform inventory management, distribution and return, for staff
    • Supervising training and professional development of all instructors
    • Supervising payroll to achieve 100% accuracy
    • Assist SnowSports Director
    • Develop & deliver programming that finds an ideal model for guest, employee and company
    • Delivering independent projects as determined by the SnowSports Director
    • Attending morning meetings and be responsible for Boyne Basics
    • Other duties as assigned


    This position may be for you if:

    • You are available to work weekends, days, evenings and holidays
    • You have previous program management experience
    • You have a minimum PSIA/AASI Level I or applicable accreditation
    • You are well organized and able to work in team environment
