Welcome guests and aid them in their purchase of products offered by Sugarloaf. Gain a full understanding of Sugarloaf’s promotions, services, hours of operation and other pertinent resort information in order to provide clear and consistent communication with all guests. Provide excellent customer service, always acting with accountability.
Welcome guests to the sales area and the resort.
Develop a comprehensive knowledge of Sugarloaf’s products, services, promotions and events, including a variety of pricing rates, discounts, special promotional days, and special events or happenings at the resort.
Process and maintain accountability for all financial transactions including accurate daily accounting.
Assist Guest Services in handling resort-specific questions, announcements and delivery of pertinent information.
Offer the best deals available to each guest, tailoring as necessary to fit their needs. Resolve guest conflict situations in a timely and respectful manner and provide excellent customer service in any circumstance.
Maintain your work area in a clean, neat, and orderly fashion.
In order to perform this job successfully, candidates must be able to perform each essential duty listed satisfactorily.
Experience in customer service or retail preferred.
Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
