Interact with guests at various locations around the resort to collect names and email addresses into an approved electronic device according to a predetermined sampling plan. Guests are then sent an email invitation to take a guest experience survey. The results are used to rate service, quality, etc. As a customer-focused organization, a crucial part of each employees' job is to get and keep guests.
Interact with guests at various locations around the resort to collect names and email addresses. At the end of each shift, upload the data via the device application. Report any notable/actionable guest situations or feedback to Marketing Manager.
Assist Marketing Department in Group Sales, Events, Snow Reports and brochure delivery and other duties as assigned.
Contribute to team effort by participating in Job Sharing, assuming responsibility for the cleanliness of the resort and safety of guests and employees; participating in safety meetings; accepting diverse assignments; maintain a positive and friendly attitude and demeanor in all internal and external interactions.
Meet service level objectives and department goals as set forth by immediate supervisor.
