    Positive, high-energy, focused on teamwork and communication! These are just some of the attributes that describe a  Night Houseman or Housewoman at Sugarloaf Resort. Housemen/women have a unique position within the Housekeeping department in that their responsibilities cannot be clearly defined and every shift will be different. The Night position assists guests directly with their needs.  This roles works in laundry and prepares the housekeeping vehicle fleet for the next day.

     

    To work for Outside Condominiums, you may need a valid driver's license as you will be driving a work vehicle or your own vehicle to move between condos

    Responsibilities

    • Willing to help any guest encountered with enthusiasm and a smile!
    • Teamwork, teamwork, teamwork! Houseman/women will work closely with Front Desk staff to ensure guests have everything they require for a great stay with at Sugarloaf Resort
    • Help a guest anyway possible with items in the rooms like remotes, thermostats, and lights. Must be an expert on all room layouts! 
    • Answer guests questions that they may have.
    • Perform cleaning dueties as needed for guests or owners.
    • Tidy up residential hallways by clearing garbage, room service items, roll-away beds, ect.
    • Deliver items needed to rooms such as: gift baskets, extra towels, robes, and so much more
    • Park and gas housekeeping vehicle fleet for the next day's crew.

    Qualifications

    • Must have a valid state license & allow background screening
    • Work hours are typically 4 pm to 12 am.
