Attendants are responsible for providing quality service to guests by responding to their questions and requests and scheduling hours promptly, efficiently, and courteously on phone calls and during check-in process.
Register, process, and greet guests and promptly.
Verify all guest information and ensure proper paperwork is completed at time of check-in.
Know all cash handling procedures. Possesses a thorough knowledge of credit and traveler's check cash handling procedures and adhere to them.
Answer telephones promptly using proper telephone etiquette and appropriate script
Displays willingness to make decisions; Exhibits sound and accurate judgment; Supports and explains reasoning for decisions; Includes appropriate people in decision-making process; Makes timely decisions.
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge of Microsoft products such as Word and Excel, or other word processing and spreadsheet software required. Experience with point of sale software preferred.
