Sunday River's Guest Service Representatives welcome guests and aid them in the purchase of products offered by Sunday River, such as season passes and ticket products. This position should gain a full understanding of policies, promotions, services, hours of operation and other pertinent resort information in order to provide clear and consistent communication and assist guests in finding favorable resolutions. This position will provide excellent customer service, using patience, empathy, and strong communication. As a guest-focused department, a crucial part of each representative's job is to help guests leave happy, wanting to return.
In order to perform this job successfully, candidates must be able to perform each essential duty listed satisfactorily. Patient, selfless, and empathetic communicators, who enjoy working with, and for the benefit of, others will thrive in this position. Guest Services Representatives should be friendly, levelheaded, good at following directions, and take pride in their work. Must be comfortable working with computers.
Must be available weekends and holidays. Prior experience in customer service strongly preferred.
