Overview: Our Front Desk Agents are the first point of contact with guests and handle most aspects of a guest’s stay. Front Desk Agents greet guests, assist with check-ins, answer guest questions and help resolve any guest issues, and assist with checking guests out. Adaptability and flexibility is key, you must be able to work well on a team as well as individually. Our goal is great hospitality where we can create experiences that makes guests loyal for life.
