    Supervisor: Everett’s Management Team

    Status: Full or part time seasonal- Day shifts available

    The Everett’s Door Ambassador Position forms the first and last impression of every guest that approaches Everett’s 8,800 restaurant.  The ability to confidently relay the Everett’s concept of an elevated dining experience, in addition to answering questions about wayfinding, alternative experiences and general area knowledge define this position.

    WORKING CONDITIONS

    • Standing outside in all weather conditions 
    • A work pace varying from very quiet, to very busy based on weather and resort occupancy

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Guest interaction (80 %)

    • Greeting all guests approaching and exiting Everett’s 8,800
    • Engaging in informed discussions about all facets of Everett’s, the resort, and area amenities
    • Referring guests  to other operations when Everett’s when booked and full
    • Answering general questions (Where is the nearest restroom/What events are there today)
      Team interaction (20 %)
    • Checking in with Everett’s team and communicating any special guest needs or issues
    • Attending shift meetings with Everett’s team for team building, daily features, business levels, events and education
    • Helping as needed with exterior and entryway appearance (Helping build a fire)
    • Reporting any safety and responsible service issues to the Everett’s, Ski Patrol, and lift operations teams
