Sugarloaf is looking for a fun energetic team player to fill the role of Banquet Captain for the summer conference/events season. This position is directly responsible for the performance of all hourly banquet food and beverage servers and bartenders. Our ideal candidate is someone who displays leadership in guest hospitality, while creating a positive atmosphere for our guests and team members. The Banquet Captain must have an eye for detail to ensure the smooth execution of all functions.
Previous Banquet Captain or Hotel Function experience preferred, but not required. Supervisor or manager experience within a Food and Beverage operation is beneficial.
