Big Sky Resort, located in Big Sky, Montana; is searching for a Director of Conference Services to lead our Banquet and Events department at America’s fastest growing ski resort.
Big Sky Resort is dedicated to delivering the Best Mountain Meetings and an unparalleled guest experience. We have a tremendously successful team and are searching for an amazing leader that possesses a passion for world class hospitality, is highly detailed and organized, and can effectively communicate with clients and your team across multiple departments. Having the experience and knowledge of high end banquet and events is a must and as well as being excited to take our Resort to the next level. We’re looking for a dynamic leader who can motivate, train and provide growth within our team and also attract and create opportunities for amazing talent to join the team. You’ll need to be a rock star at strategic thinking, evaluating and improving the flow and quality in operations procedures, labor budgeting and sales forecasting, and food & beverage cost controls.
We’re excited that our Conference Services department is very busy and continues to grow; you’ll need to be able to thrive in that environment as a typical day can consist of multiple events and banquets simultaneously and we take pride in showcasing why we’re known for our world class hospitality.
