Sunday River is hiring a full-time, year-round Information Systems Specialist to join the Information Technology team. This position will work within our IT department to deliver exceptional support to resort departments and Team Members. Main priorities will include resolving helpdesk tickets/issues as they arise, installing, troubleshooting, and repairing hardware and software on computers, printers, POS hardware, and other equipment, and maintaining user accounts for various systems.
This role will report to the Director of Information Technology. Our business operates 365 days of the year and requires this role to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience in an IT related role, an Associate's Degree, and an A+ certification.
This position requires lifting and carrying of equipment from location to location across the resort.
