To aid in the general operation of the Adventure center by being attentive to customers and their needs, answer questions and phones, and handles money. The desk clerk is responsible for processing all applicable paperwork. As a customer focused organization, a crucial part of each employee’s job is to get and keep guests.
Greet and talk with customers, answering questions and finding out what they need.
Use of POS to complete money transactions.
Answer phones and take reservations for tours.
Clean Adventure Center on a regular basis along side other staff. Keep walkways outside clean.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
