  • Overview

    To aid in the general operation of the Adventure center by being attentive to customers and their needs, answer questions and phones, and handles money. The desk clerk is responsible for processing all applicable paperwork. As a customer focused organization, a crucial part of each employee’s job is to get and keep guests.


    Greet and talk with customers, answering questions and finding out what they need.


    Use of POS to complete money transactions.


    Answer phones and take reservations for tours. 


    Clean Adventure Center on a regular basis along side other staff. Keep walkways outside clean.



    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.The employee is frequently exposed to outside weather conditions.


    High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
