Sugarloaf is seeking a full-time, year-round Events Manager. This person will plan, organize, and execute winter and summer events at the resort. The Events Manager is the authority on what is happening on the mountain, managing a wide range of events and activations at Maine’s second largest ski resort. The position requires a flexible work schedule - early mornings, nights, weekends, holidays and work weeks of 50+ hours are common during the winter season.

The ideal candidate will be energetic, creative, extremely organized, reliable, and self-motivated, and will have great interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask, and will carry him or herself with contagious enthusiasm. Prior event planning and/or concert booking experience is preferrable, but not required for the right candidate. Computer skills with standard Windows applications are required, and knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite applications is a plus but not required. Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
