  • Overview

    Sugarloaf is seeking an experienced individual to manage the Terrain Park operation. The Terrain Park Manager is directly responsible for the overall management of the terrain park operations, including but not limited to; employee scheduling, training, hiring and management, daily opening and closing procedures, special events, feature design, construction and maintenance, and must have knowledge of all terrain park safety procedures. This role requires strong communication and planning skills, and an excellent ability to work with multiple resort departments on a daily basis.


    • Responsible for the daily examination and maintenance of all park elements to reduce risk by eliminating hazards to the customers.
    • Responsible for laborer duties during terrain park construction; shoveling, lifting, raking, digging.
    • Is knowledgeable of and educates guests on terrain park etiquette and Smart Style
    • Monitors all elements for risk and closes any and all elements that become unsafe for guests until maintenance can be performed to reopen the feature
    • Completes all end of the day closing procedures of all parks and features
    • Responsible for the completion of all terrain park related forms
    • Must be available for nights, weekends, and holidays


    Minimum of high school degree required. Must be 18+ years old. Must have 1 or 2 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
