Sugarloaf is looking to hire a detail and guest service oriented person as our new Condo Housekeeping Supervisor. The role of the Condo Housekeeping Supervisor is to assist the Resort Housekeeping Manager with the overall operation of the Condo Housekeeping Department. This position organizes and directs the daily operations of the department. Additionally, this person in this role will also train and supervise the foreman and staff in their daily tasks while providing feedback on ways to improve, oversee the office operation and provide support when necessary, and will constantly work with the team on finding ways to provide better service to our guests.
This position has contact with guests, owners, contractors, vendors, and many other Sugarloaf staff and departments. The ideal candidate will be able to be professional and cordial at all times.
