    Sugarloaf is looking to hire a detail and guest service oriented person as our new Condo Housekeeping Supervisor. The role of the Condo Housekeeping Supervisor is to assist the Resort Housekeeping Manager with the overall operation of the Condo Housekeeping Department. This position organizes and directs the daily operations of the department. Additionally, this person in this role will also train and supervise the foreman and staff in their daily tasks while providing feedback on ways to improve, oversee the office operation and provide support when necessary, and will constantly work with the team on finding ways to provide better service to our guests.


    • Generate daily work for Condo Housekeeping team
    • Direct supervision and training of housekeeping staff
    • Inspection of work performed by foreman and staff
    • Regular inspection of units for cleanliness, maintenance and minimum standards.
    • Administration and office work for the department.
    • Communicate with condo owners and resort guests about services available
    • Assist with cleaning when needed
    • Maintain a positive work environment with other departments
    • Provide excellent service to our guests and owners


    • Minimum of High School Degree required
    • Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality and in a supervisory role preferred
    • Must be able to adapt to a changing environment and be able to handle multiple priorities
    • This position has contact with guests, owners, contractors, vendors, and many other Sugarloaf staff and departments. The ideal candidate will be able to be professional and cordial at all times.
