The Skier Services Representatives that we are looking for specialize in outstanding Guest Service. We are looking for applicants that have an excellent sense of humor, can handle difficult situations with a calm caring manner and knows what it takes to go “above and beyond” for our guests. Provide top-level service with guests face to face.
The Skier Services department will work with Season Passes, Guest Services, Tickets, Perfect Turn and Rentals.
Our Skier Services Department has flexiable hours and is looking for Full and Part Time Team Members. Shifts can be early morning or into the evening.
Welcome guests to the sales area and the resort.
Develop a comprehensive knowledge of Sugarloaf's policies, products, services, promotions and events, including a variety of pricing rates, discounts, special promotional days, and special events or happenings at the resort and relay this information to guests in order to provide them with the best possible experience.
Assist guests in finding favorable resolutions for items of concern, within the boundaries as outlined by the manager and resolve conflict in a timely and respectful manner, providing empathetic and excellent customer service in all circumstances.
Process and maintain accountability for all financial transactions including accurate daily accounting.
Maintain your work area in a clean, neat, and orderly fashion.

should be friendly, levelheaded, good at following directions, and take pride in their work. Must be comfortable working with computers.
Must be available weekends and holidays. Prior experience in customer service strongly preferred.
