In the winter act as a liaison service for guests and all the Skier Services Departments with on-line and over the phone services. Working closely with guest services, tickets, perfect turn, rental shop, child care and nordic departments to answer all phone inquires and inboxes and to make sure that guests the pre-purchase our products recieve good service. They will serve as the help center for guests making online reservations. Checking daily on in-coming reservations, contacting the guest if there are any irregularities in the order AND following up with them prior to their arrival. Offer up-sell and cross-sell products per the guest’s plans at the resort. Back-up guest service, tickets, and perfect turn when needed.
Contact guests with a reservation to ensure accuracy of reservation.
A strong knowledge of the Snowsports industry with rental, ski school, and guest service experience.
