  • Overview

    Sunday River is in search of an outgoing and organized Team Member Services Assistant! This position will work within the Human Resources Department to provide our Team Members with the best possible onboarding experience.

     

    The Team Member Services Assistant will implement Team Member and dependent pass privileges, time cards, name tags and the Team Member ski voucher benefits. This position will also serve as a back-up position to Human Resources for general coverage and must be extremely reliable, organized, and able to interact with guests in a friendly manner. 

     

    Responsibilities

    • Greet Team Members and administer the Team Member season pass, time cards, name tags, and the Team Member ski voucher benefit
    • Ensure all forms are accurate and complete
    • Organize and maintain paperwork in a neat and orderly manner at all times
    • Communicate with HR regarding Team Member ID #s from timecards for input into NAV
    • Enter Team Member information in the RTP system, printing pass media as necessary
    • Ensure all Team Members and dependents have signed Release and Waivers prior to receiving any ski pass
    • Assist with Team Member and dependent pass photos
    • Produce Team Member name tags
    • Input Team Member information regarding Orientation schedule and attendance, On-Snow form completion, and other onboarding-related forms, creating reports as needed to track usage
    • Communicate with managers and supervisors when paperwork is needed or incomplete
    • Accurately communicate Team Member pass status, name tag availability, Orientation schedules, and missing paperwork to appropriate manager
    • Archive Team Member service forms and other HR forms as directed
    • Maintain coverage in the HR office along with other staff as needed, greeting employees and guests, answering phones, filing, and other jobs as required
    • Handle confidential information and maintain confidentiality
    • Consistently provide excellent guest service as set by Human Resources standards
    • Assist with HR projects such as: data entry, climate survey, spreadsheets, Employee Newsletter, and employee functions and filing
    • Contribute to team effort by participating in Job Sharing

     

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Previous guest service and computer skills are required: excel, word, Publisher, and digital camera experience helpful.
