    Coffee Cart Attendant is a part or full-time, seasonal position in the Cafeteria. The primary focus of the coffee cart attendant is to provide quality service to guests by preparing and serving coffee related beverages.

    Responsibilities

    Prepare and serve hot or cold beverages, such as coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, or teas.

     

    Clean or sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment.

     

    Check temperatures of freezers, refrigerators, or heating equipment to ensure proper functioning.

     

    Describe menu items to customers or suggest products that might appeal to them.

     

    Provide customers with product details, such as coffee blend or preparation descriptions.

     

    Receive and process customer payments.

     

    Stock customer service stations with paper products or beverage preparation items.

     

    Take out garbage.

    Qualifications

    High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
