The SnowSports Manager will be responsible for the culture, administration, recruitment, training, operations, labor management, and profitability of the SnowSports School. The manager will provide compelling leadership focusing on the employee experience and will provide guidance to deliver exceptional guest services. Inspiring and developing teams, delivering best in class results aimed at conversion and retention, working/playing safely both indoors/outdoors, you help achieve the end goals of financial strength, outstanding guest service, and industry leadership.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university preferred; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferably within the snow sport industry.
