  • Overview

    Sunday River is looking for full and part time Ticket Sellers to meet, greet, and converse with guests and staff at any ticket, season pass, or guest services point of sale.  This position will sell all ticket products, as well as other resort products including seasonal programs, season passes, and event tickets. Ticket Sellers also assist guests with questions about relating to all outlets at the resort and various promotions.  Must have a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service. Must be current with all events and procedures that affect the guests, including product knowledge and product fulfillment.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide friendly and courteous service to all guests and team members
    • Provide accurate information about the resort and all products and promotions.
    • Ensure cash drawer accuracy.
    • Maintain a neat professional appearance at all times.
    • Maintain a neat work area, including common areas.
    • Answer inquiries in person and over the phone and by email.
    • Assist other departments when as needed.
    • Perform any additional tasks requested by supervisor
    • Must be willing to work weekends and holidays

     

    Qualifications

    High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
