    The Sugarloaf Housekeeping Department is looking for positive and motivated individuals to join their team as Resort Housekeepers for this coming winter season. The goal of the Department is to provide a superior lodging product in all aspects of the resort operations. The job of a Sugarloaf Resort Housekeeper includes all aspects of keeping the resort clean and may include acting as a Guest Room Attendant (in both the hotel and condo areas) along with Janitorial and Laundry Attendant duties. This is a full-time seasonal position that pays minimum wages plus incentive. Staff will be cross-trained in all areas of housekeeping and work shifts as requested by occupancy demands and the requests of the hotel management team.


    • Thoroughly clean and inspect all aspects of the location being worked.
    • Clean and set up bathrooms and kitchens.
    • Make beds with clean linens and fold extra linens.
    • Thoroughly dust, vacuum, and clean all areas of the guest rooms that need attention.
    • Stock carts and closets to ensure efficiency of your work area.
    • Stay until all work is done in all areas as approved by department manager and in accordance with area checklists.
    • Assist other departments in cleaning as required.


    The ideal candidate for this job will:

    • be able to do physical work including being able to lift 30 lbs., push heavy carts, and carry out repetitve tugging, pulling, and pushing
    • be able to lift and stand for periods of time
    • be able to work with a team to complete tasks
    • be avaialble for work as required by the duties of the position including days, nights, weekends, and holidays

    Previous housekeeping experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
