Greet and assisting guests with the purchasing of the tubing product. As a customer focused organization, a crucial part of each employee’s job is to get and keep guests.
Process reservations and walk in guests with purchasing tubing tickets.
Assist guests with guest questions including other activities at Loon.
Answer phone calls and check voicemail.
Inflate tubes and inspect them for defects that may need repairs.
Receive and record all fees and payments made for this venue and complete cashout as necessary.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
