  • Overview

    Join Sunday River's lodging team as a Night Auditor. Primary duties would include reconciliation of all outlets within the hotel as outlined by our Accounting team, maintaining working knowledge of the property management system, and executing front desk and reporting functions.

     

    The Night Auditor should have working knowledge of all emergency procedures within the hotel and the ability to react accordingly. Customer service skills are an absolute must as you will be working with guests and other team members on a regular basis. 

     

    Schedule is typically 11pm to 7am. Must be available on weekends and holidays. 

    Responsibilities

    • Knowledgeable and capable in Resort’s property management systems
    • Record all messages for guests and employees in communications log and follow appropriate chains of command when addressing situations
    • Answer phone calls at the front desk and communicate to other Team Members on the radio
    • Familiar with Resort events and Sunday River products/protocols by using staff intranet, website, and internal communications
    • Must be courteous, friendly, and helpful to guest, managers, and fellow Team Members
    • Complete night audit checklist
    • Run end-of-day reports for all outlets at the hotel and accurately produce all required reports
    • Work with lodging controller and accounting team when necessary
    • Check guests in and out of the hotel as needed
    • Maintain a high level of customer service, professionalism, and positive attitude
    • Must be familiar with emergency procedures and be able to react promptly

    Qualifications

    Ideal candidate will have previous front desk or guest service experience. Must be comfortable working with little to no supervision (after training) and capable of working in high-pressure situations.
