The Security Supervisor is responsible for the hiring, training, scheduling, and daily monitoring of security staff and serves as the liaison between local Law Enforcement and The Summit. The Security Supervisor also performs the duties of the Security Officer by providing security and protects property for the resort. Helps to ensure that guests and employees have a safe and enjoyable experience at the resort. As a customer focused organization a crucial part of each employee’s job is to get and keep guests. Takes initiative to get any and all jobs completed accurately and proficiently and is someone who doesn’t understand the term “not my job.”
Variable hours, MUST be willing to work days, evenings, and nights including weekends and holidays.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 3 years supervisor experience with one year of Security related experience. Must possess a valid Driver’s License clean driving record. Mus be 21 years of age or older.
