Make a great impression on our guests as a Banquet Captain! This position communicates with the Group Service Coordinators and coordinates the “Handoff” of guests from the Coordinators to the F&B service team.
The Banquet Captain coordinates and oversees banquet events and conference room setups to ensure that all banquet functions are delivered, served, and cleared in a timely fashion. Banquet Captains are responsible to meet and greet guests and provide all guests with outstanding customer service. This position must be able to be on their feet for the entirety of their shift and be physically able to lift at least 35 pounds.
High school degree or equivalent required.
