The Ticket Scanning Supervisor for Boyne Highlands will ensure team members are providing great guest service along with the checking and scanning of all tickets and season passes. This team will assist with building lift mazes and managing crowd control at the bottom of the chairlifts. This role will manage the day to day schedule for scanning at the lifts, working through ticket issues and coordinating resolution, and host a detailed morning meeting. This role will assist the Mountain Manager in hiring, training, coaching and scheduling up to 10 team members spread over the base of the hill. You will work very closely with Skier Services, Security and Lift Operations. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, team focused and has prior experience in guest facing roles.
