Overview: Our Front Desk Agents are the first point of contact with guests and handle most aspects of a guest’s stay.  Front Desk Agents greet guests, assist with check-ins, answer guest questions and help resolve any guest issues, and assist with checking guests out.  Adaptability and flexibility is key, you must be able to work well on a team as well as individually.  Our goal is great hospitality where we can create experiences that makes guests loyal for life.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting guests in a warm, welcoming, and professional manner
• Assisting guests with checking in and checking out of hotel using computer system
• Working the resort switchboard, assisting guests on the phone
• Provide accurate information regarding Boyne Highlands
• Be able to handle money and accurately balance the bank at the beginning and end of each shift
• Must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be at least 18 years of age
