  • Overview

    Attendant will provide a guest service environment for guests to secure their skis, boards, helmets, poles in the ski check building. The Attendant will also be aware of the ski/board racks outside the building and if guests have any questions on the process of storing equipment. As a customer focused organization, a crucial part of each employee’s job is to get and keep guests.

     

    Responsibilities

    1. Facilitate communication between shifts concerning policies and procedures, Action meetings, events, and other necessary information.
    2. Aid in scheduling as necessary for coverage.
    3. Comply with the policies of Loon Mountain.
    4. Maintain any information on guest’s equipment as necessary.
    5. Maintain effective communication with all levels of employees, guests, and all other outside contacts.
    6. Handle the cash outs and drops according to policy.
    7. Maintains and enhances a guest focused culture in all areas of responsibility.

    Qualifications

    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

     

     

    High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
