  • Overview

    The Sugarloaf Housekeeping Department is seeking a Resort Janitor. The primary duty of the Resort Janitor is to keep all common, office, and building areas clean. Essential job functions are to remove trash, vacuum, dust, clean windows and walls, mop, clean rest rooms, and take care of recyclables. This position may also assist in snow shoveling and sanding, make deliveries for the housekeeping department and assist that department as needed.


    • Keep all buildings, break rooms, offices, and service areas clean
    • Remove trash, vacuum, dust, clean windows and walls, mop, clean restrooms, and take care of recyclables
    • Perform snow shoveling and sanding as needed
    • Perform deliveries as needed and when other departments need janitorial supplies
    • Complete daily record as required
    • Must have a valid driver’s license and have own vehicle for winter months; will receive pay for vehicle allowances


    • Must be 18 years of age or older
    • Must have valid Driver’s License and own vehicle
    • Must be able to work in changing weather and environmental conditions
    • Must be able to travel in inclement weather
    • Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and nights
    • Must be able to lift at least 30 lbs and do physical work
    • Must be able to work as part of a team, have good guest service skills and be safety conscious
