The Banquet Manager is responsible for creating a work environment that facilitates the highest level of guest service. They are the main point of contact for all group leaders while they are on-site. This position is responsible for providing efficient and relevant training to all Conference Services (CS) team members, as well as continuing support throughout each season. Constant evaluation of the CS team and the Yellowstone Conference Center are a must. This position serves as the liaison between the Conference Management team, the Group Leader, and the Conference Services team.
