The Floor Manager position is an important leadership role on our service teams. Floor Managers are the orchestrator of both the guest and team member experience. Our expectation is that you care for both with equal attention. The basic job functions include engage with our dining guests to enhance the dining experience, working in either the expo or host role during our busiest times, facilitate daily line-ups with service teams using excellent communication skills, participate weekly in outlet management meetings, lead weekly service training opportunities with resort provided tools, and confidently provide growth-oriented Everyday Feedback to team members regularly. We have a highly structured system to consistently create exceptional experiences across our division which means we expect our floor managers to learn and manage to our Boyne Standards to the very last detail.
